WEBS' Site Services division carries out full on-site investigations (including detailed flow and load surveys of effluent streams and wastewater treatment plants) and plant commissioning.  Services include:

• OTE testing
  The company supplies expertise in the measurement of oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE) to ASCE standard, utilising both standard chemical and a unique nitrogen gas deoxygenating technology. Case Study 1 | Case Study 2
• Mixing efficiency

• Plant performance testing
  WEBS provides comprehensive wastewater treatment plant performance audits, which cover both plant and process, including energy utilisation efficiency determination and loading removal rates. Case Study
• Plant commissioning
  WEBS supplies commissioning services to civil engineering companies constructing new wastewater treatment plants. WEBS can help design and implement a bespoke programme, bringing new plants on stream more rapidly, and accelerating the hand-over of newly installed works. In cases where performance has been lost, such as after a toxic event or mechanical failure, the company can provide an accelerated recovery service to re-establish full performance with the minimum of delay.
